Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA)

Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for complimentary shipping within the contiguous United States.
Orders under $75 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on size and weight.

Shipping Charges (USA)

Shipping charges, including return and exchange shipping, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

If an order qualifies for free shipping ($75+) and a return reduces the final order total below $75, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund or store credit.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied upon arrival in the destination country

  • These charges are not included in your order total

  • All customs and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient

International Return Shipping

All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Refunds

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Undamaged

  • With all original tags and labels attached

  • Returned in original packaging, including packing slips or order details

Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Shipping fees and a 5% restocking fee are excluded from refunds. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.

Exchanges / Store Credit

Requests for exchanges or store credit must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To begin the process:

  • Contact us at info@tribeofjudah.co to request a return label

  • Repackage the item with all tags and original packaging

  • Include the completed return form or order details

Items returned outside the approved timeframe or without authorization will not be accepted.
