Store Policy

Return / Exchange / Store Credit

  • Refunds: Must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchanges or Store Credit: Must be requested within 14 days of delivery

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags attached

To initiate a return, exchange, or store credit request, please contact info@tribeofjudah.co.
Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

⚠️ Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Returns (Refunds)

We want you to cherish your purchase. To complete a return for a refund:

  1. Repackage the unworn item with all tags and original packaging, including the packing slip. If unavailable, include your order details.

  2. Download and print the return label provided via email (return shipping cost and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund).

  3. Drop off the package at a local shipping center or post office.


Exchanges

For a smooth exchange process:

  1. Repackage the unworn item with all tags and packaging intact.

  2. Email info@tribeofjudah.co to request a return label.

  3. Drop off the package as instructed.


Store Credit

Store credit requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Approved store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.


Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Please allow additional time for bank or credit card processing.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@tribeofjudah.io.


Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock and will ship at a future date.

  • All pre-order items are fully charged at checkout.

  • Pre-orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet entered fulfillment or production.

  • Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, shipped, or entered production, it cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for exchange or store credit under this policy unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Estimated ship dates are provided as guidelines and may change due to production or shipping delays.


Drop-Shipped Items

Some products are fulfilled through third-party drop-ship partners and ship directly from the manufacturer.

  • All drop-shipped items are fully charged at checkout.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

  • Drop-shipped items are final sale, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.


Shipping Charges (USA)

  • Free shipping on orders $75+

  • Shipping charges, including return and exchange shipping, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • If an order qualified for free shipping and a return reduces the final order total below $75, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.


Return Shipping (Outside the USA)

International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All applicable shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@tribeofjudah.co immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale items

  • E-gift cards

  • Certain pre-order or drop-shipped items (as noted on the product page)


Lost or Stolen Packages

Tribe of Judah is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.


Gifts

Returned gift items will receive store credit for the return value minus shipping costs.


Final Notes

Tribe of Judah reserves the right to:

  • Deduct return shipping costs from refunds or store credit

  • Cancel orders at our discretion
